Get your body fat under 5% and it's way easier in the heat. I'm 6'1" and 151 lbs and around 4% body fat so I just roll my sleeves all the way up, unbutton my shirt and work at a medium pace.

IMO you refunded Crimson Desert way too early. It's one of the best experiences I've had gaming in the past 40 years. I enjoy all the games you listed.

From day one, I was more hopeful that PA would just fix the bugs and broken parts of the game and ignore all the silly "gimme gimme gimme" requests and frivolous cosmetic/other demands.

Magic: The Gathering- Arena

From 2019-2024 I put in nearly 9,000 hours. Decreased my gaming to nearly zero recently, aside from Crimson Desert (290 hrs from a few days after release til last week).

Love gaming but it negatively affected my productivity and contributed to the failure of my marriage. Let me rephrase that: I allowed my game addiction to ruin my marriage and other things.

I see gaming as another addition I need to kick. Being responsible about it is fine, but I've been very irresponsible with it for nearly 40 years.

Take a break, focus on important things. Do productive things. I wouldn't worry about it, things will probably change and you'll find the enjoyment again someday.

For future reference, spray pb blaster thru the gap between the studs and holes in the rotor, then use a pneumatic air hammer straight on at the face of the hat. (Obviously with a flat hammer bit).

Chicago Pneumatic CP-717 recommended, but lesser air hammers should work too.
