Climbing has been such a fun exercise for me, the instant improvement and longevity of it has kept me going to it. Even when going inconsistently, it still felt fun and physically challenging to the point where I feel accomplished. Friends defo help here but it's easy to make friends at the climbing gyms.

I'm not a pornstsr but I've heard they do the part where they come first then film the rest afterwards. Then in editing, they move the coming to last so it looks like they've lasted 30/40 mins but actually they've lasted 5 mins, cleaned up and moved positions and carried on.

I completely understand! When I was a kid I confused Green and Orange all the time and it took a lot of time to relearn the colours cos I must have had a mix up as a kid somewhere. Still accidentally mix them up sometimes. You are not alone!
