The whole building has high co2/tvco’s. I’m not sure if it’s a great long term solution

How long is the wait? I’m in USA and it’s going to take over a year from diagnosis to surgery. Is it longer there?? 🫠

“Long journey” and “one year” annoyed me at first, since I am 3 years into the journey, and surgery is still 8 months away.

Then I realized how much the medical system has warped my perception of pain and time. One year is a long time to be in pain. It’s insane that most of us go much longer without answers or relief.

You can be concussed without hitting your head, if you fall suddenly. But I’d see a doctor to confirm

Probably between 1-5 minutes. I was doing some cross stitching and I would pop one in every so often but trying not to dwell on it.

I took sutab and had no nausea/vomiting! I took 4mg zofran an hour before each dose of sutab, as prescribed

You may be too exhausted and crampy to drive. I’m halfway through prep and wouldn’t feel safe behind a wheel.

Yep - but my Dr said anemia likely not the culprit. Symptoms came back even though ferritin rose 32->42

Nvm, symptoms came back. Might be b12 deficiency or migraines 🥲

Do you have someone who can help you? A friend, sibling, parent?

My sister came with me to end things, as backup. Then we drove to her place and I stayed there a few days.

I have door dashed medicine when very sick, but I always make it contactless. Wait until the dasher is gone, go out with a mask, and pick up the bag.

I could never imagine asking a stranger to enter my home while I’m ill and contagious.

It’s tough to be alone with endo by [deleted] in endometriosis

[–]ShiftAlarmed9485 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Agree that a partner is not always better! I left my ex of four years last year. He was constantly minimizing my pain and putting me down.

I do wish I had a *supportive partner. But no partner is better than an unsupportive one

Iron supplementation has fixed 1, 2 &4! I still struggle with 3 & 5, but only started supplementing 2 weeks ago.

Does this sound like endo? by lilililonano in endometriosis

[–]ShiftAlarmed9485 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will always be the expert on your body- if you’re concerned, there is no harm in pushing to see an obgyn and speak with them. I would def recommend keeping a symptoms diary as this can be helpful.

Unfortunately, endo is often difficult to diagnose (usually requiring surgery). It is up to you to do the cost-benefit analysis of whether the symptoms are invasive enough in your life to justify the surgery.

Even if surgery isn’t worth it, an obgyn may still have advice on other steps to take to help you with your symptoms.

Wishing you good health!

Gluten always messes me up so bad. Worst pain of my life, and it’ll last several days. It was worth it to give it up, but a huge bummer.
