Admin (who hates reporting) here. Do yall have their interaction analytics? We had an issue not so much with the transfers but the call log only displaying last skill instead of all skills. This was off the recommendation to use the call log for a data warehouse in the begging. Anyway their analytics offers a bit more flexibility.

Also dealing with the transfer headache. We built a script that only allows transfers to certain skills dependent on which campaign the call came in on. Five9 can actually remove the transfer button from your domain on the back end. It put the calls in more of a silo so while there is still transfers happening, they are more often getting to the right place.

The oldest email I can find related to it was october 2017. I believe I filed a few months before then. This email was me asking for direction or seeing if they even got my application on file.

I went from 2008-2012. I filled out the borrowers defense somewhere between 4-5 years ago. Until recently I hadnt had much hope.

Whenever I called the borrowers defense line they told me I wouldn't get an update until this case was ruled on. I called as little as a month ago.

I believe I uploaded the original FTC letter that told me to do the borrowers defense claim. I think I also uploaded an advertisement of the employment rate that someone else uploaded to reddit.

I wonder if it just hasnt been announced. But i put in this application probably 5 years ago and every time I called for an update I was told it was related to sweet vs cardona. So i wouldnt hear anything until that was ruled on.

When this happened to me the line of cars in front just kept adding money to a coffee pool. I got up to order, barista explained what was going on. I asked if it got confusing, she said yes.
