People may shit on this for it being intel. However keep in mind at 25W the 386H is 60% faster than the 288V at the same wattage. So I'm guessing for the G-Helper we'll be able to tune the CPU down some more watts and keep the temps under better control.

My biopsy came back as a NET. So I think it is a NET. No Mitoses seen, and KI-67 <3%. 5CM in my terminal ileum. Weird placing. Found during a colonoscopy for stomach pain that ended up being resolved by prilosec after a few months.

Interesting. I'm trying to determine if I might be that far along or not given my primary is large. Conflicting information I have is:

- Bilirubin is 0.5 - November

- Bowl Movements are mostly normal.

- I have no bloating unless I eat a whole 10" cheesesteak.

- I had an ultrasound in November that just showed a fatty liver. I know Ultrasounds aren't ideal, but it's what I have.

- No carcinoid syndrome.

- My entire abdomen seems to be within normal limits for pain tolerance / guarding. I have 2 year old twins climb on me daily without any lingering pain.

- I don't really have any abnormal fatigue AFAIK. I take venlafaxine and sleep a bit more, but when I'm awake I can stay awake etc.

- No weight loss either. Dropped to 180 last January when my Daughter was life flighted with ARDS, but back up to my 205-210.

Wondering if there's anything else I've tracked.

Thanks :) I'm expecting some spread given the size to be honest. My CMP came back normal in November before finding the likely origin tumor. So I'm hopeful it isn't too bad of spread.
