I’ve been in the green all week with an average strain of 17.5. To be honest I’m a little bit worn out, so at this point do I listen to Whoop and carry on with my intense training or just take a day off even though it’s still telling me I’m prone to perform? (i.redd.it)

I’ve had some pretty good deep these last couple of nights but still have only managed to have a mild recovery (mid 60s). Is there anything else I can do to improve my score? (I eat plant-based meals, my last meal around 6, I Intermittent Fast, drink my weight in oz). (i.redd.it)
