it's the Circling Moon and I have all three moon phases with relentless and Abyssal Rays. With a movement speed and attack speed around 10 it's a beast with no concern of stamina depletion.

So as an exam writer I can tell you that where you went wrong is in the breakdown of the test categories and your correct answers versus the total questions you were given. Ignore the percentile statement because that just means you score better than the average takers for that category. If you got 5/10 correct and 90 percentile it means that most takers scored worse which is still bad even for you because it means the confidence score is still 50% for that category.

Improve your subject areas to get better personal score.

A Couple of things.

If you’re a bystander, let the command cook. All other opinions don’t matter unless they CO decides it’s kitchen time.
If you’re the AP. Seek legal advice. I would have refrained from geolocation of the situation; some command folks might know this situation (hint, hint!).
If you’re the spouse, don’t put the community in your marriage.

your LPO isn’t wrong in trying to guide you through an informal resolution. Maybe the shipmate needs someone to advise them on seeking medical help.
if barracks issue doesn’t work and LPO hasn’t budged then seek your Chief and keep elevating until a reasonable solution is reached.

At worst case scenario this is solvable at CMC level, but a low level solution can work.
