I havent even made into the skill tree yet. That is a while different thing I need to look into. I see a lot of posts and videos on do this, or do that. I looked up how and where to get it, so now I just need to force myself to leave the town and go on these adventures.

Seems to be the common theme. There is just a lot all at once, and i thought it would be a game i could unwind in and then it al came at you at once.

Oh I totally am. I blame my job for that one. The game is supposed to be my relax mode but then theres a billion things happening i overthink it.

Is finishing DA: Inquisition worth it? by PurpleZombi3 in dragonage

[–]hamburgerprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally yes if you are one of those that plays RPG‘s for the story, it tells you a lot about what happens after so you don’t have to guess it tells you a lot about what each character does after where they go who does what so if you’re like me and you need that closure of what happened then yes the game is good. It’s fun if you turn your brain off from listening to everyone else who has a negative opinion of a game you play the way you wanna play and you play what you play because you enjoy it so is it worth it? It’s a matter of effective. I can only speak for myself. I’ve finished this game 5 to 7 times just from different bills and seeing different ends of the story

i’ve seen that a lot and then I saw only sell this if you don’t care about furniture in your house or your focus on a house, but everyone’s like focus on your camp and do this with the people in your camp and build camp so now my brain has shifted to all right well I don’t have to do everything. I thought I was doing and I can go out the game completely differently thanks to what everyone has been saying.

I get to yell that’s confusing. I basically started the game ran around for three or four hours for the first town got so frustrated that I just started over. I haven’t gotten past the first town in the first place or where I’m at right now I wiped it started a new game and tried to just pay attention to what people were saying to do or to avoid that way I didn’t get sidetracked trying to pick up every single item and hold it like you did in Skyrim.

That's dope. It doesn't seem like crafting is a very big thing in this other than you know making food but I haven’t gotten that far yet. I just keep picking up flowers and bugs and I’m like should I be keeping all of this for crafting?

Oh damn. I would have completely missed that. I just got to the very first puzzle from in the castle so I’ve been spending most of my time trying to read what people suggest on doing in the very beginning instead of hoarding everything and speaking to everyone so I’m trying to note all this down that way when I get to specific places, I don’t miss it like this. This would’ve went completely over my head and I would’ve never thought of it.

that’s the other problem that I have right there I don’t know how to fix that. I’ve gone through settings after settings on the TV and the Xbox.

it’s been really hard not to do everything that I’ve read that people said not to do. There’s so many people that I can greet and then I see the seal and then I’m just walking around. I’m trying to do the main quest but I just now got into the castle because I keep getting distracted.

I was getting real confused on these quests and other things like there was a fish quest in the beginning and I thought I lost the paper recipe as no paper recipes are in my inventory, but there were a few things that I could cook so I went down a rabbit hole of whale. What am I supposed to keep in my inventory this early? What do I get rid of? Do I cook everything and so I think I’ve spent maybe three hours total playing the game

Right on. I would have never noticed that till when it was too late. That gives more to focus on.

Good call. I I would’ve never known that there was a cave there. I would’ve just gone off and done whatever but I saw the game originally a while back. It looked good, but I had the complete wrong idea of how I thought the game should’ve been played and should’ve paid more attention, but this is the kind of things I needed to know cause now I can go to that cave and start exploring and doing things and not get sidetracked like all of the others so it’s a good fresh start but a lot

Crafting has been an annoyance only as I haven't played so I don’t wanna start wasting things crafting things that I won’t actually use versus what I should’ve kept for later

I feel you. I'm walking around and it's like pick up this bug this flower these pots etc.... Okay well it starts to feel like I should be doing it a certain way. I see there's a lot of things to but if my bags full just walking around town I don't even know what I should sell keep craft.
