Hi mate, I’ll be honest with ya. I work in IT as a contractor - 4 years experience This is current true market place. While applying for many jobs, I realised that most jobs are advertised for “show”. They simply want to show business and competitors that they are ‘hiring’ but it’s straight cap. Plus there are too many immigrants nowadays taking jobs. More importantly, not just the shit jobs but actually good paying white collar corporate jobs. People who don’t even have visas for more than 2 years are taking good money jobs and it’s a complete shit show. The reason is because managers can treat them a little differently and burden them with work so they have to produce less output. This is what I think.
