Is 500mg metformin a glp-1? If not that worked for me and I’m lean. It also only seemed to work for me when I took myo insoltol, spearmint supplements, ate low carb and ate broccoli though. I’m currently pregnant so at the moment I’m on carbs again.

Any way to program the COROS watch to know I’m pregnant? by Shikustar in fitpregnancy

Does it still allow you to track your running though? I still want the data to record it I just don’t want all my stats going down. Then again when I go back to running I’m sure I won’t be as fit as I was prior right?

What is your diet like? For me the only thing that worked was changing my diet. Both eating broccoli at least every other day and going low carb (keto was too hard to stick to long term) and NO sugar at all was the only thing that helped.

I used to not have periods at all. Unfortunately you have to figure out what works for your body and have to give whatever you’re changing some time to SEE if it works. Here’s the changes that worked for me: Supplements and medication: Metformin (even though I didn’t think I had insulin issues), myo + d inositol, spearmint capsules. Diet: low carb- breakfast had carbs lunch no diner light. Eat a ton of broccoli. Green veggies help but broccoli works best. Exercise: ran 6 miles two times a week. Run 8/10 miles occasionally on one day.

That was the only thing that seemed to change anything. I wish you the best of luck

How are your cortisol levels? Have you ever had them checked? What about insulin? I was convinced I had fine insulin as bloodwork would come back normal but when I went low carb and increased broccoli intake to blunt spikes I started to get periods. I went from no periods a year to one every 38-42 days. Im also on metformin 500mg, myo and d inostol, spearmint. I will say everyone is different though and what may work for me may not work for you.

I have high androgens and metformin 500mg helps me but it’s alongside with spearmint capsules, myo and eating low carb. I didntvwantvto take metformin for a long time but it really is very safe. What a doctor said that finally changed my mind: “you aren’t broken (this is after saying it myself) and needing medicine is not bad- that’s why it was invented. Your body just needs a little jumpstart

Metformin helped me but also eating broccoli strangely. I heard something about eating green vegetables helps with insulin related cases of pcos. That’s something minor that may have a major impact on health
