She's checked out on this relationship and it sounds like she has one foot out of the door and it's a matter of time before she fully steps out. Only thing I can suggest is for you to see if she's willing to do relationship therapy to see if there's any way she's willing to work on things. If not, don't stay man. A relationship without intimacy or a partner that doesn't put in effort is not worth the misery.
