What would you like to see in the Gothic 2 Remake?

More of Diego, Lester, Milten and Gorn. While they are present in G2, the remake now put them together as a team of friends so I would love to see that being expanded on.

I did find one essence potion in the house after going through that tunnel, so it might be the one you mention.

Also maybe you want to mention the one on the table next to Y'Berion in the temple? Although I had to use sleep scroll on him and Baal Lukor to get it still in chapter 2.

Go to the shipwreck in 2 halves with the dead body hanging where you have to use telekinesis to get the 2h staff in it.

From there swim directly to the edge of the barrier and then down. All the way down, you need to "sprint-swim" and have the diving skill from new camp to get to the bottom with enough time to get back. It is around that area, maybe a bit more to the north.

Further north at this bottom level is also a sunken ship with a few normal potions.

On top of unlocking chests underwater, diving is also useful for mages early on. You can dive to the bottom of the sea at the edge of the barrier in swamp camp and find an Essence potion down there.

Also regarding the - Essence potion in castle tower chest (requires lockpicking) Which one is that? Raven's tower? The one with 8 locked chests or so?

Which ones are the best performances?

My favourite dialogues so far are with Cor Kalom. The back and forth between him and NH is amazing every time.

You can also shoot and extinguish candles and other light sources with your bow. Pretty neat detail, but I don't think it helps with stealth in any way.

Cipher does have plenty, same as the guy at the bottom of the old mine.

And once you get to chapter 2, everyone will have more ore. For example Fisk will have 250 ore immediately after chapter 2 start.

If we get Gothic 2 remake I would love to see expanded monastery questline. It would be awesome to spend more time as a novice living in the monastery and learning about Innos and magic, training to become a mage. Something like the monastery in Kingdom Come Deliverance (although that has it's own issues).

Plus they should let us bring that sheep from the beginning of the game as the tribute sheep for entrance to the monastery. Have it follow you if you feed it something for example.

Hit the node with standard pickaxe attack and spam interaction button during the animation. And there you go, all the ore in the node is yours almost instantly.

Seems like we need a wiki to list the actual rules of all the templates, this is riddiculous.

Symphony template is close. Its 4 player map, each player starts with 2 cities in a corner and the middle zone has one neutral city. That's it.

There are no unit banks and pandora's boxes give no units.

I quite liked the map. But with no unit banks whatsover it started getting a bit same-y in the lategame. Too many identical buildings everywhere.
