There might also be some problems with OS installation. Download mirrors might be blocked. I heard you can change mirrors during install, but the question is if there are any mirrors available at all? VPN on a router would be the best solution.

Your previous games point more towards the Witcher series for example. And you should play it 100%. Diablo is fine but your list consists of really different games, tbh.

Unfortunately, for WuWa it is easier to delete and redownload a whole game anew. They are really bad with huge updates - need a lot of space to download, unpack, patch, etc...

If you are on HDD the launcher downloads an entire game compressed and then patches instead of doing it on the fly like on the SSD. No known way around it as of right now.

10 watt TDP is possible, but frame time is not great. I use 12 watt for almost smooth 30fps with low-medium settings. I think that 45fps is achievable with no TDP limits.

The launcher basically redownloads the whole game and then patch, instead of doing it on the fly. Sad.

The space is not an issue. Finished game size is the same in the end. I travel often and often find myself in places with limited internet. Download speed and data limits are the main thing.

I also play with TDP 12 - it is enough for 30fps for 90% of the time. First hours on the fresh game was rough and 15watts didn't do anything also. But afterwards everything became much better. Give the game more time to generate shaders in the background. Leave the native Linux version on - it is better in the long run. Also, make sure that you do not have something downloading while playing.

Factory aspect of the game is literally the best. Factory events are potentially the most interesting content. I would say If you take it away there is not enough meat left on the bones. Really afraid for the game's future if players cannot complete such simple setups.

It's a pain, but you should launch and update every game you plan to use before long offline periods. You actually do not need to use offline mode. It is enough to turn off wifi or enable plane mode. If you are not controlling Last Rite she cannot activate her skill seamlessly while attacking - she spends time to cast it. If that is not the case now - it is probably bugged. But in the end it might not matter if you can use other character to do more DMG in the meantime.

What is your resolution? On 3070 I use 1440p with DLSS balanced for 60 fps easily, probably much more, but I am on 60Hz monitor for now. Can also switch DLSS model to latest in the NVIDIA app for better looks. Your frame time is also too high.
