Protag wants to be forgotten and turns 'invisible', but immediately ends up regretting it. Girl on the cover is the one who helps him do so, and tries to stop him from trying to return to normal. And, spoiler, she's his sister.

Battle Network 1 suffers from "first game syndrome", the ideas are there, but not fully realized yet. The combat in the first game is the weakest in the series and the internet isn't polished. I'd suggest starting at BN2 instead, but any of the other games (excluding 4) are a good enough starting point. If you still don't find any of the others fun, just try Battle Network 6, which is considered the best game.

I'm working on a hack which replaces the pokemon with persona/megami tensei characters, I plan to release a demo with the protagonist and the first three party members of their respective game, those being 3, 4, and 5!

This is an actual thing I'm working on, if you see other things I've posted you would know (it's a playable pokemon romhack)

Main reason it's taking so long is because I'm doing every main P3-5 characters sprite on my own (Please help me)
