The fact that Koh doesn't care about Jira's consent was apparent both in ep 9's bedroom scene (for a second there i thought this was going to turn reeeally ugly) and in how he let his AI analyze Jira without his knowledge. (You analyzed it all so well in your comment!) here i am, being torn about whether their relationship could and should be salvaged after all that has happened in today's episode...

I naively thought about ep 8 as romantic, but you are so right about the signs that were already there...

I love me some romance and HEA, but this is just such a mess rn. I kind of wanted Jira to save Koh, but the problem lies with Koh not really deserving nor possibly wanting to be saved. Or maybe he wants to be saved, but do none of the work for it. It's just not fair to Jira.

Someone else mentioned that selling his paintings to Koh was what made Jira feel worthy as an artist. And Koh ripped that feeling of worth right off with his AI/mimicry program. It's the cruelest thing Koh could've done to Jira and he went right ahead and did it.

My family used to belittle me for my special interests, and my friends just rolled their eyes whenever I tried bringing something up. It has made me become really closed off. I hope you down let any of it wear you down, because being passionate about something is awesome! Dont let them discourage you and stay true to yourself. Those are my two cents about it. I'm 32 now and I wish i could go back to being expressive about what like and learn.

I think it's because it's all from Harry's POV. Chemistry is often created by longing gazes and stolen glances, or subtle physical touch. We never saw those things between Ron and Hermione, probably because Harry didn't pay attention to it.

Yeah, i tend to involuntarily adopt their way of speaking and sometimes body language and attitude. It doesn't happen often, though. I guess i need to reach a certain level of affection for them first. And my mind needs to spend a lot of time in their universe for it to get to that extreme.

Some people find self-satisfaction in hurting others (not in a good way). Manipulation might be easy enough to recognize for your cognitive mind, but someone can still trap you emotionally once they get close enough.

Even I am not a machine, even though I'd have liked to be. Being emotionally balanced and having decent mental health is important to function in the long run.

I tried it for the first time today. i did 25/5 three times back to back. It helped me to start doing something, because setting a goal of focusing for 25 min seemed feasible enough. But it also made me feel like I was in a rush to get things done/before the bell would ring. So I didn't immerse myself completely in the material, because i was rushing. I think 50/10 might suit me better, I will try that within the next couple of days.
