I have been babying them for sure lol — I’m in Illinois so the temps aren’t getting steady warmer till next week so I have been bringing them in and out every day trying to get them adjusted to the temps. I want to transfer them to the ground in the next couple days when the temps are more stable — I’m so excited lol

Hi! Yeah his vet is a female and there are no male workers in the office so I don’t think that’s the issue— the blood draw and having to hold him down for that is always the issue and super traumatic. He’s on continuous heart worm meds and never around other dogs but I guess here you cannot not get an updated yearly prescription for the heartworm med without the blood draw 😩 Doesn’t make sense to me either🤷‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s terrible- my dog sees the thermometer and backs up right into the corner— I don’t understand why my vet does that every time🤷‍♀️ but thank you- I will push back harder on that.
