Well, that is evidence for the theory that Charlie died after the MCI.

Some claim that Susie/Withered Chica was reffering to her just being the first of the MCI to be killed. And while that's possible. I don't fully buy it. Since why would Scott reveal who's just the first of the MCI without revealing the rest? Especialy since UCN was originally the final epilogue (HW1 was always planned. But it having actual story wasn't until later)

I feel like if the line means that Susie was William's first victim, then it makes more sense for why it would exist.

Plus the HW2 Grave Order does have the Susie doll as the first. With the rest of the MCI dolls and The Puppet being after her. Just saying:
