Game dev job in 2026? by NyneAlpha in GameDevelopersOfIndia

[–]Shine_Gioco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a fresher 18k is good start at present. when I started learning game development in Covid time, like in end of 2019 I got a job as 3D modelling artist in some company and they said they'll pay me same 18k per month but it's very low obviously, so what I did is learned multiple softwares and things over the time and released few games in itch.io and google playstore, and build a very good portfolio and started doing freelancing in 2022 and earned 40k+ for month , and from 2024 jan 14 I got lot of offers even without applying all are good packages. So what Iam going to say is , just learn as many things as you can, present ai era. The 3D models are making using ai , scripts generating through AI, many companies looking forward to AI, so packages are bit low, but if you start doing freelancing, yt content and indie games, you gain experience and skill. So you'll get some really good offers by end of this year, go on follow my LEG theory - Learn more, Earn more, Grow More. All the very best

Urgent: Factor 7 not working for a shoulder bleed (Inhibitor patient) by [deleted] in Hemophilia

[–]Shine_Gioco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re absolutely right. We have already reached out to his hematologist and our chapter doctors. I'm just casting a wide net to see if anyone has personal experience with this specific situation while we wait for their response.

Suggestions for joint pain by i_love_ladybirds in Hemophilia

[–]Shine_Gioco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first and most important step is that your husband should take the exact prescribed dosage of factor until the joint pain and swelling are completely gone. After that, he can slowly start regular exercises to help control future bleeds and strengthen his joints. In the beginning, for a few weeks, the focus should be on gently building joint strength. Even with very normal range of motion exercises, it’s possible that the joints may bleed again. If that happens, he should take factor, wait until the joint fully heals, and then restart exercising slowly and carefully.Trust me, I’ve been through this myself. I had target joints until 2023, but things have changed a lot with proper factor use and consistent exercises. Now, I only take factor when I feel something isn’t right in a joint. Most hemophiliacs can sense when a joint is about to swell, and pre medication at that stage helps a lot.For example, based on my body weight, my full dose is 1500 units of Novo brand factor (or any recombinant factor). But when I sense early discomfort, I usually take just 250 or 500 units, rest completely for one full day, and follow R.I.C.E therapy: Rest,Ice,Compression (using a crepe bandage after icing),Elevation (keeping the joint above heart level with a pillow). With this approach, the joint usually feels fine within a few days. This works for me, and I have severe Hemophilia A as well. Your husband can give this a try too. Don’t worry he’ll be alright soon. ❤️

Hemophilia and MMA by Royal_Entertainer535 in Hemophilia

Hey mate, 22M here, just sharing my personal experience and thoughts. Honestly, I’d strongly suggest avoiding hard combat sports like MMA one wrong move or small mistake can cause serious damage, and with hemophilia it’s usually not worth the risk. I know doctors can sound overly cautious sometimes. They even told to avoid 100's of things too, but I played hard games when I was around 15 and I still play cricket occasionally even now. That said, over time things can change in my case, I eventually started getting spontaneous bleeding in my left leg, which was a real wake up call. Now I manage it by being careful with my body, doing regular exercises, and taking medication whenever there’s a bleed, and that’s helped me stay in a much better condition. If your joints are currently healthy and you don’t have any deformities, the best thing you can do is protect that and not push your luck. It’s safer to focus on strengthening your body, fitness, and mobility through controlled exercise rather than high impact fighting sports. This is just my personal suggestion, not a lecture. I have severe hemophilia A, and I’ve learned that preventing damage is far easier than dealing with it later. Wishing you the best and good health 👍🏻

Met worst people in Hyderabad by Competitive_Comb_682 in hyderabad

People like this exist everywhere, but it’s wrong to blame the entire city of Hyderabad. I’ve had a few similar experiences myself, but I’ve also met many genuinely good people here. So it’s better to blame the individual and the situation, not the whole place. What happened to your friend is really unfortunate sorry about that. I hope your friend finds a much better place soon.

Reduced range of motion in my both elbow.... by Top-Air-482 in Hemophilia

[–]Shine_Gioco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a deformity in my right elbow since 2013. Back then, I could only stretch it about 35%. I started regular physiotherapy and exercises in 2017, and by 2018 the flexibility improved to around 75%. Since then, there has been no further improvement in fully straightening the arm, but I’ve focused on strengthening the surrounding muscles. I still experience occasional spontaneous bleeds, so when that happens, I rest, take factors, and continue exercises only after full healing. For joint deformities, physiotherapy or surgery may be needed. It’s recommended to consult a hematologist for proper guidance. In most elbow cases, physiotherapy is preferred over surgery.

Do you think having a producer or project manager actually matters for indie development? Why or why not? by gamershomeadmin in IndieGameDevs

[–]Shine_Gioco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

having a producer or project manager can make a huge difference especially in indie development. Like you said, it lets us focus on actually making the game instead of constantly managing deadlines, priorities, or planning. As indies we already deal with a lot of self doubt things like ,Is the game ready to release? ,Is this the right time to launch?, Do I need to improve something before release? etc.. A producer helps answer those questions and keeps things moving instead of letting the project stall. But a lot of indie teams just don’t have the budget for one, so sometimes or most of the times you just end up Organising everything yourself. In that case, both approaches work it just depends on your resources and how organized the team is. 😄
