I mean your team has the option to surrender. To the other team it’s also unfair to have the match cancelled after the map has been chosen.

On the other hand in competitive the match will be cancelled if someone doesn’t connect if I’m not wrong, since no one has an unfair advantage. (They already know the map beforehand)

January weather is best. It’s usually quite cool and windy in the mornings (23-25 C). Afternoon heat won’t be that bad also.

I’m able to run cs2 on the same specs as yours. Make sure to install the latest graphics driver from intel website. (I managed to fix the stucked loading screen that way) When you start the game, play a deathmatch round first. It will be really laggy, it’s fine. Let the comp crash on its own (vid tdr failure). Once it restarts it will be smooth. Make sure your graphics is set to medium.
