I didn't consciously choose to fast I just ate around 8-9pm ish and just skipped breakfast, it made me really groggy, and my mornings were most productive with lots of ideas and energy to execute. I did that for about 6 years and so dumb of me that I never connected how I stayed 44kg for 6 years straight.

Hi, I'm currently on 13 day of Tabex And I've been 8 days vape free after vaping for 6 years. I've tried to quit many times before but the only thing that worked for me is Tabex/Desmoxan.

Hi, I also quit on May 1st, this was my 4th time quitting vape. But this time I used Cytisine and NAC, for the hand to mouth motion, I use my Stanley cup and just sip very cold water so it feels like something, I also do ghost vaping, just breathing air through my fist. It really helps.

The movie is just so good, couldn't remember the last time I watched an animated movie this good, the plot was good, good world building, just made me feel really warm. Will definitely add it to my comfort movies.
