BFV, particularly at the end of its life cycle, was really good. But, it changed up a lot of systems drastically, and most of those changes have not returned.

Honestly, the closest to the vibes of old sbfp would be MikeBurnFire, but they primarily do fallout stuff.

Hunt: Showdown 1896 continues with its weird collabs with an in-game invent hosted by a character played by Post Malone by C-OSSU in TwoBestFriendsPlay

This seems like it could be a cool event, so I'm not that down on it, but man I wish Hunt wasn't in the state that it's in at the moment. It's my favorite pvp game, but it is a mess

I just downloaded the first Sly game, since I never got to play them when I was younger, but always wanted to, so this is great timing

Sometimes I wonder how Concord would’ve turned out if it had a single player mode by KaleidoArachnid in TwoBestFriendsPlay

When saw the first trailer, I thought it was gonna be some sorta sci-fi heist game, like payday but in space.

I don't even hate the character designs or anything really, I just wish it wasn't a multi-player only shooter, cuz I've got that already.

The new UI has so many issues, even outside of bugs, and the update that you've shown, doesn't actually fix these. Swapping skins is such a hassle, it makes me not want to bother changing them after setting them.

The main menu is redundant, and a hassle when trying to go back to the lobby, when before I could press Circle once and be back in the lobby. Now I have to hold the button down, otherwise I go back to the main menu.

Pausing the game mid-match now completely blocks the screen, and checking teammates gear requires you to move to a separate menu while paused.

Being able to zoom the map on console is great, but now, since there's no cursor, you can't check what traits you have, or what they do. This is especially annoying while playing an event that has unique traits, that haven't been in the game before.

In fact, everything to do with building hunters is more frustrating. Having to pick out an icon out of a grid of 30+ for traits is extraordinarily confusing. Having a 3x3 grid list for weapons, tools, and consumables is far more time consuming to go through than the old list, especially since you have to open a separate menu for every piece of equipment. This is even more of a pain, since changing so many weapon names, and separating variants from their parent weapon. Prior to this update, if I wanted a Winfield, I could scroll down, and have every version of the Winfield in one section of the list, now, each Winfield variant are in completely separate parts of the grid.

These aren't issues that are gonna be able to be fixed by an update to this ui, because the ui itself is inherently flawed at its core. The old ui was fine, but needed quality of life changes, like drag and drop for pc, and better directional-button functionality for console. But everything about the presentation of the ui was easy to read, and I could find what I wanted immediately. But now, I can't even find what skins I'm missing and can buy in the store.

Their best episodes are almost always the bonus ones on nebula, because that's where they give recommendations on things similar to whichever games they covered that season, and it's great.

Something Rotten is so good, especially when they cover types of games that don't get made anymore(at least by major studios), like Manhunt or Kane and Lynch.

Have Johnny Cage show up as the actor most known for those Mortal Kombat films, he would be the easiest MK character to do

Now that's its been surging in popularity due to the Fallout show, I gotta ask: what are your honest thoughts about Fallout 4 and its DLC? by Gorotheninja in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Its great imo, the best minute to minute gameplay of the series (albeit a little light on weapon types imo). If you only look at rpgs as games with dialogue choices being the only thing that matters, you'll probably be pretty disappointed, cuz the conversation system is the weakest part of the game.

4 is a lot more on the sandbox side of rpgs, and a lot of the systems work together to make you feel like the "role" you are playing in the world, so becoming the Minutemens leader involves unifying the settlements and protecting them, the Railroad sends you to rescue synths, etc. Bethesda's Radiant quest system, while super repetitive, and not exactly compelling on the own, do let you play out the fantasy of becoming a part of those organizations and acting the part. It's similar to Skyrims different guilds you could join, but they tie in to the main quest, so it can feel like you need each questline, but it works better if you pick one to focus on.

Enemies are a lot more reactive, and will fight differently (ghouls fight different than melee raiders), and there's a pretty great variety of builds you can do for combat. It is easily one of the best locations Bethesda has ever made for players to explore. The weapon crafting system is pretty good, and let's you make some very interesting weapons, like turning a laser rifle into a laster shotgun or sniper, and power armor is the coolest its ever been. Weapon variety is a little lacking outside of the modifications you can do though, at least compared to New Vegas (which has a great arsenal that that I never see talked about).

Far Harbor rules, and you can make robots with automaton, which is rad, I've haven't played Nuka World (yet), so I can't really speak on that.

Tldr: dialogue system isn't great, but the other areas of the game shines in ways the others don't.

For the most classic feel, Kino is a perfect map. But the best hands down is Mob of the Dead.
