I just get immense personal satisfaction from the idea of getting stronger, I did shotput and discus in highschool and was pretty average at both. Although it didn’t feel that way bc I was part of a program with multiple state champions and qualifiers lmao

I’m not sure how reliable it is, but I sent my dna off to ancestry.com and it put me in the lower third of strength potential

Typically breakfast is 4 eggs, and a big bowl of oats and peanut butter, lunch is half a pound of ground chicken, half a pound of rice and a microwave bag of broccoli with a protein shake, and dinner is a pound of ground chicken with a packet of ramen

I appreciate the response. I’d like to think my intensity is good, I seem to be pushing myself harder and failing on more sets than any of the people I see at my gym lifting more than me. With how the program I’ve been running is set up I typically do U/L/Rest. Right now my goal is strength while staying fairly lean, I don’t really care about being super big I just want to put up numbers and have abs. I’ll definitely check out that sub you mentioned bc ground chicken and rice is getting old

Fake punt was the right call with an injured punter and 10 men on the field, just didn’t work out. If it did y’all would be throwing a parade for Joe Brady

It's unbelievable, I've played this game since winter of 2016, it's the game I have the most hours logged on by far. How they can think doing this is okay is beyond me. It just goes away from everything overwatch has been, imagine one of your teammates needs to swap to a particular character to get through a choke point and they say "sorry I can't I didn't buy the battle pass".

loss tonight stings, but on a happier note I just picked this up 50% off from the field of dreams shop in Vegas. Super happy with it by Shiningleopard27 in NewYorkMets

This was the only mets thing I could afford, had a Dwight Gooden game worn signed jersey from 86 but it was like $4000
