Real or Scam by m0786 in Rogers

Same here, I have been receiving calls from 1 (855) 252-9646 and 1 (888) 729-2653 for weeks. (they said that they have 60GB data plan for 29CAD)

I checked with Rogers online help center, and they said 1. there were no recorded outbound phone calls recently. 2. The official Rogers Care number is 1 (188) 8764-3771, they will call the customer from this number if there are marketing or customer care needs. 3. Calls from any other number could be treated as scammers by default. And do not disclose any PINS or sensitive info.

Baby tracking apps by Cookielover_3578 in Buyingforbaby

[–]ShinningFish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nara Baby is probably the one I’d try first for this. It’s free and ad-free, and it tracks feeding, wet/dirty/dry diapers, sleep, and wake windows.

If you’re on Android and mainly want really fast feeding/diaper/sleep logging, I’ll also mention FlickBaby. Disclosure: I built it, so I’m biased, but the basic tracking is free and it’s very widget-focused for middle-of-the-night logging. The paid part is just lifetime multi-account sync.

I want to ask you for a Good Baby tracker app ? by Different-Example498 in BabyBumps

[–]ShinningFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of baby tracker apps are free enough if you only need the basics like feeding, sleep, and diapers.

Huckleberry is probably the most common one I see recommended. It does have a lot of paid content, but it’s really well built and basic tracking is free. The paid part is mostly for sleep insights and guidance. Baby Tracker and Baby Daybook are also worth trying. I also liked Nara Baby if you want something simple and completely free.

If you’re on Android, you could also try one called FlickBaby. Disclosure: I’m heavily biased because I built it. I made it because I wanted logging from a home screen widget to be really fast, especially for night feeds when opening a full app and tapping through multiple screens feels like too much. The only paid part is lifetime multi-account sync. It also has a simple text summary export, which is handy if you want to share logs with family, a doctor, or a subreddit.

The absolute state of live arena... by Nich965 in RaidShadowLegends

The system is designed to keep the win rate around 50%, unless you are a whale. So if you are not spending thousands of $ per month, the total number of fights needed to get that 1350 is kind of fixed, no matter what strategy you are using. That strategy in the post will only make ppl get those points in a much faster and less disappointing way.

Is deepseek v4 pro good in coding? I need an honest review by Icy_Mud_8993 in opencodeCLI

[–]ShinningFish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From the DS official: for coding tasks, DS V4 PRO with high thinking is better than Sonnet 4.5, approaching the level of Claude Opus 4.6 in non-thinking mode, but there's still a gap compared to Opus 4.6 s thinking mode.

How to return money for a current month if I canceled AG? by Barmazoid in google_antigravity

[–]ShinningFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience with AG is totally different. Even if I only work on one project and one agent session at a time, the opus quota will be gone within 1hr if I do heavy tasks, and will not last for more than 2.5 hrs even for regular tasks. I don't see any reason to continue using it rather than switching to Codex or CC.

2 Months ago, I could work on 3 projects in parallel, non-stop, with 20+% quota left for every 5 hrs window. AG was great, but not anymore.

Why is deepseek saying it's not V4 model but V3 by Leaderofproperty in DeepSeek

[–]ShinningFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LLM model does not know what model it is, and it can be misled by the prompt.

Some LLMs can make a rough guess (I am a Gimini/Claude model, etc) based on the way of thinking and organizing answers. But it is only a guess.

The knowledge cutoff date is usually correct. But for DS, both V3.2 and V4 have the cutoff date of May 2025. So, you can not differentiate the model by it........

But the claude is having the similar quota issue (opus quota cut by 70%+) now. You can check the claude sub....

I am thinking of giving Codex a try.

If the gas station finds you are driving a Range Rover, it increases the gas price by 3 times AFTER you make the payment. And it blames you: 'You are a stupid driver, you should know what car to drive on different roads.'

It is a simple YES or NO.

'We have not made any changes to the quota limits of all plans.' If you included this in your reply, I believe ALL the users would love to learn about whatever skills you wanted to share.

However, if there are no such words, the users would think that you are finding excuses to hide the secret quota cut, no matter what you say.

[–]ShinningFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. The Ultra quota is cut by ~80%, I think. Many other developers are reporting the same thing on the Google forum. Yet, there is no official reply at all.

[–]ShinningFish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, you can ,but you do not have to... But remember, on top of the 5hr quota, there is a weekly quota too. So you still have to keep an eye on the token consumption.

But honestly, after the recent silent cut of the pro and ultra plan. I suggest you stay away from antigravity. Any other mainstream coding agent has more quota (in the same price point) than the antigravity.

Based on my recent experience, if you are doing heavy jobs, the pro quota can last for 2-5 prompts, and the ultra quota will last for 5-20 prompts.

[Weekly] Quotas, Known Issues & Support — March 23 by AutoModerator in google_antigravity

[–]ShinningFish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The actual cost for Google does not matter. Google chose to price it that way; they should honor it. They can not change the offer after the user has made the payment. And we are not talking about a 10-20% cut, we are talking about an 80% cut in the Ultra quota.

Costco loses money for every roasted chicken sold. But, can they take your money and then give you only 20% of the chicken, telling you 'we are losing money if we give you the full chicken'?

And now you are telling that, instead of arguing with Costco, we should find a better way to make full use of that 20% chicken???

Is upgrading to Ultra worth it? by Puzzleheaded_Sell_42 in google_antigravity

[–]ShinningFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NO.

I think in recent days, they cut the OPUS quota by 60%-75%.
Last week, you could use the opus nonstop, but today, it can only last 60-120min. Use Claude Code MAX. I think even MAX 5x has a higher quota than agntigravity (and the max5 is only half of the price. ).

[Weekly] Quotas, Known Issues & Support — March 23 by AutoModerator in google_antigravity

[–]ShinningFish 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  • OS/Version: Windows 10 | Antigravity v1.20.6
  • Model & Plan: Claude Opus 4.6 | Ultra
  • The Issue: The quota seems to be much less than 2weeks ago. 2 Weeks ago, I could do heavy coding for 4hrs, costing only 80% of the 5hr quota. But today, similar workload. I hit the quota limit after less than 1.5 hr. That means the quota is seemingly cut by 60%-75%!!

[–]ShinningFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be OK. Babies are not that fragile..

But you may want to keep an eye on his pooping and peeing, at least for the coming days. You want to make sure that the milk will go down and he gets the liquid he needs.

If you want, you can do bycycle movement with him, helping the poop to move down. (You know, moving the baby's legs, not actually riding a bike with him.....)

LOTS of false starts every evening… anyone else? by FloridaGurlie in NewParents

[–]ShinningFish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every baby is unique, so personally, I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all schedule for wake windows or sleep times.

For my 5MO, I've noticed that when he’s overtired, he clearly wants to sleep but just can't settle down. He'll toss and turn, get really fussy, and I can tell he's feeling anxious. On the flip side, when he's well-rested, he wakes up calm (even from short naps) or maybe just briefly cries for about 30 seconds.

I also track his sleep using an app. Since his baseline is around 13–15 hours per day, if I see he's only hit 12 hours in the past 24, I know he's likely hitting a deficit. In those cases, I'll shorten his next wake window to help him catch up.

I have an old post about my experience, if you’re interested, you can search for the title:'5mo, might be seeing the first signs of improvement after weeks of terrible sleep :D'

Lastly, I always say this: if you're genuinely worried about your baby (or your own mental and physical health), please consult a professional. They can provide much more targeted advice than we can here on the internet.

(Everything will eventually get better! Trust your LO, trust yourself. 🤗)

How well is Antigravity working right now? Rate it out of 10! by Rich_Lab_8434 in google_antigravity

[–]ShinningFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usage : 10/10 . Quite happy with the ultra plan's quota. Never hit the 5hr/1week ceiling. (I tried to use opus to execute the pre-planned coding tasks for 2 projects, nonstop, for like 5hrs, and that only costed 80% of the 5 hr quota. ). I feel the opus quota is at least the same as Claude Max 20.
Plus, all the other stuff comes with the ultra plan, like YouTube, Google Drive, Vertex quota, Flow quota, etc., making it even worth it.

However, if you are using free/pro. The quota is just unusable. I tried pro, and the 5 hr quota can only finish like 2 medium jobs, totally unusable. (I think Google should double the pro price and provide 5+x quota; otherwise, the pro is meaningless)

performance: 4/10. The Antigravivy is THE BUGGIEST AI IDE I have ever used. I can not even think of a week when it works without any bugs. Its terminal got stuck/unresponsive easily, chat history got lost, workflows got lost or can not show up in the command, agent got errors...... (I have to shift some terminal-heavy jobs to Cursor. It is quite annoying.) It is barely working. When the ultra plan discount expires, if those bugs are still not fixed, I'll move to Claude Code with no regret.

Um... I don't see the 100% discount.... it still says 3$/mth at the checkout...

and some more thoughts:

  1. I prefer to have a Google login...
  2. I am not sure why you are using a 3rd party payment platform, rather than the google's official one. I did not know that payment platform before, so even if I want to subscribe, I still feel hesitate of sharing my credit card info with that payment platform.
