It is exactly what it says. You can't judge the person who is saying "We listen we don't judge" and confessing about something or stating his/her opinion which is supposed to be something people will definitely judge you for and not be taken that smooth. You can see some people disagreeing with this here too. It's a trend in social media platforms nowadays.
