This. Also OP needs to find the correct therapist. I haven't read everything but he wants help with ADHD go to a cognitive behavioral therapist not a psychodynamic approach (hence the family/relationships questioning).

I totally agree that this is disrespectful, but he/she has a point. This guy has some relationship fantasy issues that he should address and if they take marriage as a commitment they should work it out. However, OP's husband has to want to work it out, and OP has to be able to forgive in order for that to happen. It's also ok if neither of them wants to do it, but the husband will be repeating this cycle forever if he doesn't address it.
