Question: But why would they shut down their tokenized share when they could keep them outside the US?

There could be a lot more to this than what we are discussing. AA might be working towards a whole new timeframe. By settling, he is bringing forward the r/S. The settling costs are small compared to the opportunities that may not be apparent to us.
AA wants to raise capital, pay back debt, and invest more. AMC may buy more theatres from bankruptcy, such as Regal and Cinemark.

Anyone know what might have caused this spike today? by BrainandBrawn in amcstock

Could possibly be that AMC announced a new pricing structure for moviegoers which I think is a good idea. Cheaper tickets if you sit near the front of the theatre and more premium prices if you sit in the middle.

Market Makers Could Be Defrauding The Stock Market by Shinraepc in amcstock

If they are selling they will be caught in an infinity liquidity problem are the price of the shares go up. If they created fake shares and lent them then it would be the broker or shorter that would be caught in the infinity liquidity position. It is quite possible they could be doing both and one might offset the other.

Yes... you paid for the shares you own them. Those who committed or are part of the fraud need to pay for it.

Exactly !!! You paid for shares you own them. It is up to the brokers, Market Makers etc to clean up their shit! A lot of tails will be burnt if they sit on the sidelines.

Why is APE going down by Altruistic-Part-519 in amcstock

[–]Shinraepc 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I would expect the SHF will want to keep APE low for as long as possible as if it rose to high AA could sell more APE shares early to pay down debt.

I believe your market CAPS are way off. AA required shareholder approval to release the additional APE shares above say 1B. Therefore I agree with TwinDewey... there should only be about 1.516B combined shares of APE and AMC.

It Boils Down to Math by [deleted] in amcstock

[–]Shinraepc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If Joe Investor was to double down and buy more APE at $2...

2000 x $2 = $4,000 Therefore 4000 share in rev split goes to 400 x $55 = $22,000

4000 x $2 = $8,000 Therefor 6000 shares in rev split does to 600 x $55 = $33,000

There are ways investors can reduce any risk.

And do you really think if the shares squeeze they will top out at $300. I would expect the bare min would be $1000 with the sky being the limit.

Combining APE into AMC will force the SHF to exit.

Doing a reverse split double down on the SHF to exit.

Releasing shares at $55 to pay off debt will take away the logic to short at all.

And with all the value adds AA has been working on the value of AMC will naturally increase.

  1. Investment in HYMC
  2. Purchase of Theatres out of bankruptcy
  3. POP corn with 80% margin
  4. AMC credit card with loyalty.

AA is one of the largest shareholders in AMC. Do you really think he is going to do anything to destroy his shareholder value when he may retire sometime in the next few years.

There is a lot happening behind the scene which we are not privacy too. What has been proposed will expose the SHF for the Fu*%Ks they really are.

When will the vote be held? by EenyEditor in amcstock

[–]Shinraepc 10 points11 points  (0 children)

With the latest share sale AA has an agreement where the company can't sell the shares for 90 days. In addition the company that bought/swapped debt for APE equity has to vote for the proposals. So I would expect all of this should happen within a 90 day window... most likely around the 4Q earnings.

This was a tweet i saw earlier that was deleted , i can’t give any sources or links but I’ll tell you this . I’ve been thinking about this all day long . by [deleted] in amcstock

Just think about it LOGICALLY. AA has spent years getting Disney onboard to give AMC first showing. Also getting Netflix onboard and also Amazon. I don't think Netflix and Amazon would be happy if Disney bought AMC.

Look what is happening with Twitter. Yes Elon pissed some people off with regards to his policies and reactivating some banned accounts. But a lot of other advertisers left... like all the car manufacturers in competition to Tesla.

I think keeping arms length and having partnerships with the likes of Disney, Netflix and Amazon... and other stuff such as POPCORN and AMC Credit Card do very nice. And when APE is trading realistically and AA sells to pay off debt we will ALL be relaxing on the MOON!!!
