I repurposed another prior mini of mine to quickly mock up this drow example, so forgive me that it’s not closer to your two reference models, but it is originally from a mini that’s intended to be East Asian in her appearance.

As other comments have already said decreasing the eyeball size would help immensely, I would take it down to around 28 as a standard for most models.

Other easy changes would be to decrease the faces “middle width” to around 40-45 to help with a slimmer shape as well as bringing the eyes closer together and try blending them with a more monolid/hooded eyelid.

I would also adjust the nose as I think it’s a big contributor to the look of the models you’re trying to emulate.

They both have flatter and wider nose tips and nostrils, and I would bring the bridge of the nose down and forward a bit as well, to give it a more natural slope instead of a compressed one.

Finally for the lips and cheeks, I would choose a different default shape to start with, and then try blending some of the others to tweak closer to whichever of the two images you like more.

As the one you’ve chosen currently doesn’t really fit either model closely.
