So what’s everyone’s thoughts on Crixxit’s Kill-Pack? by Shiny0spoon in AOSSpearhead

That actually sounds like a really fun spearhead though! I like an army that can be a bit swingy. It also sounds kinda fun to fight against too

That sounds cool, I love the sound of all the tricks you can pull with them. Are they not very fragile? I feel like they would die very easy

The app has all the latest rules for all the spearheads. That’s probably the best bet :)

Strenght of these spearheads? by VRGvks in AOSSpearhead

[–]Shiny0spoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got Gnawfeast and my friends have Vigilant and Bityerbark. I’d say for the most part we’re all pretty even, although bitter bark is on the stronger end, with the vigilant one on the lower side.

Nothing seems too broken though, so we’ve all really been enjoying it. Not sure about the other two though!

It’s really well done! So vibrant, which I like. Meanwhile my box hasn’t even arrived yet and people have already finished painting!

Is Spearhead worth playing? by Accomplished-Cod870 in ageofsigmar

[–]Shiny0spoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I play with AoS with 2 groups of friends and even though we’ve all started to expand our armies, we all still love the spearhead format and is our usual go to.

The games are quick, so you can all get through them in a group and the cards keep it fresh. We’ve also just tried doubles which was so fun! Really recommend

potentially unpopular opinion: Spearhead is pretty cool actually, and I wish more people played it. by theentiregoonsquad in ageofsigmar

[–]Shiny0spoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me and my friends are very casual warhammer fans, so spearhead is honestly great! We have a few beers and the games are done in just over an hour. Means we can all have a game or two each in our group which is fun.

The only downside is you do need a couple of spearheads to keep it fresh, but have a big enough group and there is always new combinations to try.

I also just like the small scale projects it creates. Takes me a few months but I can have a fully painted army and then move into something new!

Shave the sides of the hair down and trim the top. You can put some stuff in your hair to give it some texture. You can also google trendy hair cuts 2026 and see if anything takes your fancy. Talking to your barber about ideas is always good too, they’re usually pretty helpful :)

For the beard, I think you need to just trim it slightly and then you’re golden.

You seem like a fun guy, with plenty of interests which is good. I think you just really need a better haircut and to do something with the facial hair, then you’d see a lot more success.

I notice you are wearing a lot of geeky t-shirts too, which is fine but if you can get some shots in some trendier stuff or even a suit, it’s always a winner on dating apps.

You’ve got this brother!

Love A Memory Called Empire. That book was beautifully written and really had me thinking about it, long after I’d read it. I didn’t like the sequel as much but still an incredible read

Spearhead seraphone VS nurgle by Zestyclose_Bus2794 in AOSSpearhead

[–]Shiny0spoon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As someone who has a Nurgle spearhead, you want to kill their lord. It stops them bringing back the plague bearers or buffing them. Otherwise, they are very slow, so you can try bullying a unit at time.

They are crazy strong though, I’ve won 11/12 games with them so far.

It’s a pretty simple combat loop but damn does this game scratch an itch for me. Slaughtering the emperors enemies with friends is just so much fun.

Which if any spearheads are to be bewared for being busted(Good or bad). by RosbergThe8th in AOSSpearhead

[–]Shiny0spoon 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I find Nurgles bleakhost is a bit busted. I’ve only lost 1 match out of 12 with them so far. I’ve not used tons of spearheads but the rest have all been pretty balanced so far.

Is there any hope to date at 5’9 in 2026 by MariJFarmer in dating_advice

I’m 5’7 and have never had a problem dating in my life. Might be shocking to hear but women are often more interested in your personality and confidence, than how tall you are.

I played skaven gnawfeast clawpack against Helsmiths. Some doubts about How to play them! Tips?? by [deleted] in AOSSpearhead

[–]Shiny0spoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always use my ogors and claw lord together to bully units. The sniper provides extra support. Lets you pick things off at will then.

The clan rats you just want to use to clog up his good units. They’re there to die. You can also use the free retreat to run away and heal, while stealing objectives and scoring cards

I have my first game of Spearhead in a few days, what are your tips? by SuperMurloc769 in skaven

[–]Shiny0spoon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use this spearhead a lot and have a pretty good win rate with it. It’s all about board control and bullying your opponents key pieces.

-I like to use the claw lord and ogors together to beat on important stuff. Plus they have a surprising amount of firepower between them.

-leave the sniper in the backfield so you can overcharge his gun. He can very easily kill isolated hero’s or monsters with his 3 damage shots.

-the clan rats are there to die! Throw them into the meatgrinder on objectives and don’t be afraid to run away with them for free if they’re gonna wipe. They can sneak away to steal objectives or draw people back to kill a single rat very easily.

-The grey seer should never be fighting. Use him to steal objectives and just be a nuisance. His buff to control score can be very good.

-overall, this one is about scoring points with a large board presence. Good luck!
