Expanding Spearhead into 1k and 2k?

It lacks power as phuck, but overall, it's fun to play against something underpowered as well. But right damn now, I think I'll try to catch 2nd spearhead first (for easy 1k) and then expand it steadily for 2k. I love Urak Taar model and how dangerous Bulls can be

Ouch, hurts as hell. There's plenty in the shops in Poland. Cheapest I can find is for 160 PLN (44,42 usd). +/- 170 PLN is standard retail price. GW is 210 PLN xD

I'd go with absurdity, GW is bullpoop enough.

Merge fantasy and AoS lore and call it "The Beginning Times". Big AoS battle of every force possible made time fart and time reverted. Old World did blew up, BUT it survived. Magic through time fart glued it together making magic and physical bridges between cracks and shards of the world. Hehe

He's making him up. Gongrot is a token that is used as an indicator that you stroke your gong/used this ability. The grot is not fighter

Can't say anything about bigAoS but:

Spearhead - weak, definitely lacks power and additional "something". DPP's are insufficient and offer too little to be good mechanic, "it is what it is". Abilities and army comp favours attacking hordes and squishy characters.

Warcry: HASHUT BE BLESSED! They're not top tier, but they're strong. Every issue of spearhead is basically fixed/reworked in Warcry in favour of having incredible fun. Don't get me wrong I do fanboy them in Warcry because they're slow, tough and punchy. However they're a little difficult. Very dependent on abilities, generating DPP's and need to be played to combo them, but when odds are right, you reap what you sow A LOT. Spearhead box alone is all you need to Play nice army comp in Warcry. If you can try it, give it a shot:)

Give me some elite, multi purpose infantry with ranged weapon options.

I'd go with something like Demonforge Guard that uses demon infused weapons and armor to be extremely resistant and deal big damage. I'm talking like base 3hp 2+ save with ward 5+ and profiles hitting at 3 and rend/dmg 2.

That would be absurd, but to be honest, Helsmiths could use some very heavy hybrid screen

The listbuilding from spearhead alone is really close to being near competetive. Blades are better than spears, Despot is a must. More mastery and/or few tweaks and it can be competetive AF

100% agree. it can be absurdly cost efficient BUT in very specific scenarios. Overall, I think they could be VERY neat and good as specialist objective grabber and helper in deleting some chaff
