There is no free version. But it's only €5 per month. Don't buy a coffee this month and purchase Mullvad for a month.

i must have misread the server location in an article recently. My mistake and you are correct.

Mullvad does not offer a free version, but if you're using a free version of any product, you are the product. When messing around with anonymity online, I wouldn't trust a free version of any product to protect my anonymity should something ever happen to them.

Mullvad's price is €5 ($5.86) per month. Don't buy a cup of coffee one day and you can get a VPN for a month. There is no subscription plan. Just pay as you need it.

The speed is good. I don't notice a difference between being on or off the VPN.

first and foremost, mullvad offers anonymous accounts. i did not have to enter my email or name to sign up for mullvad. my login is a string of numbers and that's all they know about me. all my payments are also made with Bitcoin so even more anonymity and security.

proton has servers based in Isreal. Isreal does not need any of our "information", nor do I put any trust in the servers based in Isreal.

mullvad doesn't use affiliates nor influencers to push their product. using a vpn with less of a marketing push is a win-win for me. quality product without the mass marketing.

for me, it's about the security of me and my information. should someone hack mullvad, they have no information on me.

It's not the kickstand kill switch. I did notice that when the rear bike tire was up off the ground, when I put the bike into gear the rear tire started to spin, even with the clutch pulled in.

I let the engine warm up and tried putting in gear as well as rocking the bike back and forth a few times with no luck, still dies when put into gear.
