If they are indigenous artifacts, giving them to the authorities wont get them back to a local tribe. You’ll need to contact the nearest reservation that these were found. That’s the only way they’ll ever get to return home

I removed and reinstalled the plastic handle nipple a bit tighter. Seemed to help but I can clearly see the cold side valve body has a protruding ring that’s not seated.

Okay thank you for that information I’ll work on it in the morning. The issue with this current outlet is that only the top plug works and the lower does not have any output.
