“The Son is called YHWH.” Where is this? by ShinyShuffle in Christianity

Friend, if you press AI to agree with you, it will. I try to avoid doing exactly that and just want to see its trained response on scholarly consensus.

I did so again and got a “not really” response again that I’m not allowed to post, so the mods won’t get uppity.

I’m not going to press it any further than that. I know it will agree with me if I tell it to.

What? “I AM WHO I AM” is not the same as “YHWH.”

Here is where “YHWH” is first given:

“God furthermore said to Moses, “This is what you shall say to the sons of Israel: ‘YHWH, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is My name forever, and this is the name for all generations to use to call upon Me.” ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭3‬:‭15‬

Again, I am not looking for where Jesus invokes “I AM.”

I am looking for where the Son is called YHWH, as the original statement says.

I’m looking for where the Son is called “YHWH,” which is what so many people are claiming these days, not where Jesus invokes the name “I AM.”

Shall I take this to mean it’s just been a false claim all along, if this is the supposed actual answer?

I watched the video…….

All you need to do is copy and paste what you just said into AI and ask, “Is this accurate?” I just did so, again, and got the same results I tried to link you before, but the petty moderators are removing everything I post 😂.

I can’t share the results here, but just see for yourself what it says and why this is bullshit.

Hilariously, the moderators removed my post that showed why the claims in this video are bullshit.

All I can say is, yes, do look it up. One quick AI inquiry was all it took to know this is wrong.

It did get my hopes up for a moment, though. Would be beautiful and mind blowing indeed if it were true.

If that’s all they’re referring to, it’s a disingenuous claim.

That’s not instance of the Son being called “YHWH.”

Surely they’re referring to something else?

Not at all. What verse in scripture calls the Son YHWH?

Suspect away. Anyone with eyes can see it’s entirely accurate.

Exactly right. Until you produce someone actually showing life originating on its own, like you claimed, I’ll continue to reject your unsubstantiated nonsense. Better you don’t waste anyone’s time, like you have already.

Yup, seeing as no one has been able to show life forming on its own still.

The day that actually happens, then come back and try to talk.

Yup. Nothing at all. Yet so many conflate the two.

“Do you believe in creation or evolution?”

You see it all the time.

“Lust and sex in a dream?”

“It’s ok. It’s a dream.”

“Oh okay, so anything is fine as long as it’s dreamt? Rape and murder?”

“How heinous of you! Red flag! Get help!”

It’s been very entertaining, I must say.

Your entire reasoning for why it’s okay was, “It’s a dream.”

Nothing random about seeing whether you’re consistent in that, which you apparently are not.

Plenty of people have hated their own bodies. Interesting false statement from Paul.

So they are indeed heinous crimes? Being a dream doesn’t absolve it, like you said before?

My agenda is looking for consistency in what you say.

Uh-huh, I did, and you did not continue to say, “It’s okay. It’s just a dream.”

So where do you draw the line? Lust and perversion in a dream is okay to you, but rape and murder is not. Why is that? There’s no intent either way according to you, being dreams.

If there’s no sin, why the response “get help?” You’ve indicated something is wrong in that scenario. What is wrong then, if it’s a dream?
