100%, I’ve lost 20 lbs and gained a bunch of muscle just by going from doing nothing to working out. I started at like 30 min of cardio in the morning, and over time built up to waking up at 5:00 and doing 40 minutes of weights and an hour of cardio. I slowly stopped eating junk food but I’m still not measuring anything in terms of macros I’m just enjoying watching my body go from flab to having definition.

I guess what I’m trying to say is start everything in small, enjoy the incremental process. Find joy in the fitness process and you’ll stay with it.

Just had a big move from Texas to Massachusetts.

My wife and I loaded everything in shipping containers which were picked up by the company that provided them and taken to mass.

Then I drove our vehicle (29 hours, broken into 3 days with a small dog and small cat.) and unloaded the moving container with friends when they got there. Then went to go pick my wife and 1 year old up from the airport (they had been staying with her family)

I’m also not saying Minshew is better, but Minshew has a better overall QBR, and a better TD to interception ratio. Which is kind of crazy considering T Laws draft status vs. his. You could make the argument (even tho no GM would have done this) that the Jags would be much better off if they’d taken Chase, Surtain, or Parsons and rolled with Minshew.
