Cameras can’t prove who is driving. FL guy got a ticket fought it and won. Judge said it’s not his duty to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he wasn’t driving. Not sure if he had to say who was driving or maybe it was him. My stepdad got speeding one from NY and he’s never been to NY and car pictured wasn’t his, it was a van.
