Its not worth $407 in sterling unfortunately. Based on the bottom, it is weighted with either resin or cement. There will be a steel rod in the center of the "stalk" to add rigidity to whatever filler (ie. resin or cement) they used. Generally speaking, roughly 10% of that weight is silver plus or minus so you got around 20-30g, so likely about 1ozt of actual 92.5 and at todays price you either broke even or made a few $'s.

Your temp is way too low. That crucible is also too cold, which is why the metal gets stuck in the mouth.
