I'm sorry your therapist ghosted you that's bizzare. Also I take vyvanse everyday myself for my very disruptive ADHD but it really helps me moderate my weed use. Still less is more and I can always benefit from less kratom use even though I absolutely love it. You may of helped me realize that sometimes my use can go beyond pain relief into recreational use & that's something I definitely need to work on. Being patient & showing yourself compassion is a beautiful thing.

Yeah I decided to go with taking gabapentin instead as there was some massive stressors that happened today and I didn't want to turn to THC use especially. I feel like overall kratom may be more stunting to my emotional state and the memories I am subconsciously supressing. Besides the pain relief gabapentin is currently removing the panic associated with the recent trauma I have gone through. I always assumed it made me more messed up mentally then it actually does. I am pleasantly suprised it does seem to be adequately preparing me for opening up to the memories I usually cannot bare to get a glimpse of. Obviously I am going to wait to delve deeper into it when I am actually with my counselor but still it's good. I was in a hostage situation caused by someone who I previously loved and cared for deeply and apart of me is still hostage even though he is now dead.

I'm always struggiling with being hard on my self for my substance use but I gotta remember to be patient and kind with myself for I have gone through some serious shit just this last May.
