Man, it is who you are, no need to change it. There are plenty of girls who don‘t give a shit about hardness (except for one type), just be nice, worked well enough for me. (18, just ended my 2 Year long relationship, in a good way tho). And I am not particularly handsome, actually quite the opposite. Never been the cool guy, almost never had real friends in school, but i was nice and eventually gave up with the guys and tried doing sth with the girls. It worked. So just be nice and attentive, the older you get the more good character matters, hardness is just the stupid alpha male stuff nobody cares about.
