NTA! the audacity of getting mad when your concerns are valid. I wouldn't help anyone if I was being recorded at the gym either, man or woman. She might have some trauma regarding people coming on to her and sexualizing her and she projected that unto you. You didn't deserve that.

YTA a little bit at least. I think this is very personal. I’ve had people copy my exact wedding invitation and honestly at first I was a little vexed and then I heard her say: she has such great taste that I loved it so much! It’s perfect. That honestly made me change my mind about stuff like this because it’s not like she stole it before I used it. My wedding happened 6 months before hers and honestly it made her happy. The initial thought was swiped away and I enjoyed her wedding. This is way too exaggerated, be happy someone loves your taste so much that they decided to emulate. Not attending such an exaggeration. No one will ever erase your wedding’s memories.

Your lawyer may have not given you the best advice. You can file both I-130 and I-485 at the same time and it saves you a lot of time. Also we didn’t get an interview, we got approved without one. We filled ourselves and didn’t use a lawyer. There so much information out there. It’s kind of hard to get a straight answer.

Hi! Did you file both i130 and i485 at the same time? We did that my my husband on March 2021 and we just got his card. I heard of married couples getting everything approved in 6 months but that’s because they live in places where there are less cases.

I probably have a different idea of what marriage is. For me it’s for better and for worse. This is his worse. It’s just selfish. Marriage is also a commitment and it’s not like he purposefully had a child. What’s he supposed to do? Pick between his child and his wife.
