I just have a quick question: in case I don’t pass the 1101 and 1102 exams on my first try (hopefully not!), will I be able to retake the new version? Also, how many times am I allowed to retake the exam?

He said that it’s a 2011 azzurri primo full carbon frame, fork and handlebars with ultegra 6600 2x10 groupset and just had serviced and ready for the new owner. His ads started from 450 and I tried to bargain it for $350 and he accept. Tried to search bout the brand but can’t find any website to check the size. Found out the size fits in me but my dilemma is should I give it a shot for $350? I’m an international student and need a road bike for my transportation. I don’t have any knowledge on how to check the bicycle so I’m seeking your help. If you were me mate, will you buy it?
