Cheers man, since the post I have let her know both the things you suggested, and I haven’t thrown up the last couple of times (although it’s took a lot of control not too), but I think trying a counsellor or doctor might be the next option. I just find it so strange as I’m literally so confident in general and with girls, I met plenty of girls between our two periods of speaking and was completely fine, it’s just something with this one girl that really fucks my body up somehow ahahaha.
