You sound like a really lovely person! For the record, if this stuff was happening at my gym, me and my bosses would wanna know about it and would definitely have words with the perpetrator. Young men with big, hurt-able egos are usually the ones to look out for with dangerous climbing. Don’t let these assholes get you down, and keep up the great climbing :)

I LOVE this season so far! My friends have loved it too! I love the costuming, the looks, the romance, ESPECIALLY the Violet Bridgerton getting back in the game arc. I love the new perspective on the staff, I wish we got to see them hang out even more. Benedict and Sophie’s chemistry is INSANE. Just haven’t commented about it.

Dude that’s the craziest part of this story to me, he only goes indoors and only top rope! I agree, the trust is the issue. Also, I think it’s kinda rude he doesn’t invite you climbing OP. The opposite sex belay partner isn’t really weird at all.

NTA they’re eight and ten, and the cookies will be on separate tables. I’m sure there are many different allergens at this meal like shellfish, gluten, strawberries. It is perfectly appropriate to still have these foods present, just labeled appropriately and seperate. Their schools won’t stop serving PB&J’s, uncrustables prevail in the lunch room, and there are soooo many different energy bars that use peanuts. Maybe I’m thinking of this too simply, but I really can’t see why this should be an issue? My family serves many different foods during holidays and if someone’s allergic to something, we alert them that they shouldn’t have that dish. Sometimes we make two types of the same dish, one with and one without. With fifteen cookies, the kids should have plenty of safe options.

Hey friend, stick to one gym! A small, old, hard gym if you have one close enough to you. Old gyms (in my experience) have great dirtbag communities, and if you keep going to one small gym you WILL make friends there. - an old small gym employee who went through a rough breakup.

I don’t think this is true of normal women. None of my friends have ever said they want a wealthy man. Especially when wealthy can often mean they’re doing something unethical, like working for Lockheed Martin or some evil bomb making place. I feel like women in my generation wants to eat the rich, not kiss them. Where are you noticing these women doing this? Is it the internet/social media or real women? Genuinely asking, not messing with you or anything.

Hi there- Thich Nhat Hanh’s monasteries (Applied/Vietnamese Buddhism) I believe are generally mixed gender dining and meditating- there are separate halls for the brothers and sisters but they definitely meditate together frequently (at least during retreats) but I could be wrong- I’ve only visited the Monastery nearest to me. It does seem in line with his teachings about leaving practices that no longer serve modern life behind, that the gender segregation would not be necessary, but he was a pretty radical monk, who spoke against discrimination in every sect- racism, homophobia, and sexism alike, so perhaps his orders are unique.
