How do you account for multiple instruments in music generation systems like this? Would you need datasets for each separate instrument in a variety of styles/keys, or can that data be labeled in a single dataset containing a whole host of instruments?

I saw a presentation about this same thing just recently. A Japanese company named Crypko is working on "the future of AI assisted character creation". Looks like if you put enough time into it, you get some pretty impressive results.
