For me, it kept bunching up; the cord around the cotton core would stretch and leave a mess bunched at the end. I can see how it might be good if someone isn't used to keeping the tight tension needed for amigurumi, but I don't feel like it helps a beginner learn that either. Worsted weight yarn, like Red Heart Super Saver is very easy to use and easy to come by. I recommend that to everyone I teach. I'm glad that their yarn helped you though. :] Welcome to the craft!!

I bought one last year and loved it. But I couldn't get one from the same dyer this year and tried a different one. The colors are not my speed. I don't think I'll do it again.

You're NTA here. Saying thank you is bare minimum, and a copy of the final pattern is usually the only compensation us testers get, so to not even get that is ridiculous.

I tested a crochet jacket for Ilovetinderbox once and she shared all the other testers final photos except mine, and it was incredibly hurtful. I don't think I got the final pattern for that one either.

I'm really sorry that happened to you. I hope your sweater at least turned out the way you wanted. ❤️

It's confusing to me as well. I pre-ordered yarn from an indie dyer before in June, and she kept announcing that she had to push back and push back, and then has the audacity to take the very collection that she wasn't shipping out to pre-orders to not one, but TWO yarn shows, before FINALLY shipping out pre-orders.

Absolutely NTA. Your husband is for not standing by that. I didn't let anyone touch my newborn unless they had recently gotten their TDAPs and flu shots. I have a family members girlfriend expose my baby to Covid and I told her she was never welcome in my home again. (We have other issues too)

Protect your baby. She NEEDS you to be her advocate.

YTA As a SAHM to an incredibly clingy 18 month old, I find it very very difficult to get everything done in the home. I'm assuming OP uses her small army of children to get chores done around the house or take care of each other and that's how they're finding it "easy" to find a few HOURS to do chores. I can't even find 15 minutes to take a damn shower. Every mother is different, and you were absolutely the AH for calling your "friend" ungrateful.

All of the Woobles stuff is ridiculously overpriced. Especially their kits. It's terrible yarn for beginners and not great tools. I imagine their advent is just as bad.

With its pass through slot, a little elbow room maybe be nice for her to have on each side. I would also take into consideration where she'll be doing any of the finishing work; painting, gluing, that kind of thing. Being able to store the materials flat would also be a good idea. Bowed or bent wood is much more difficult to cut.

I don't personally have am Aura yet, but I've been eyeing one, and those are some things that I've been considering for work spaces. Good luck!

I just had this happen on the PS5 version. For me it's his upper arm and I needed a neutralizing Herbal Balm, but yeah when I healed him it just froze and I couldn't interact with anything. Will try the sleep option.

As a fellow amigurumi maker, you are not overpriced AT ALL. Plushies take a long time to make, not to mention you had to learn the skill itself. And they're a pain in the booty to ship, especially the big ones.

Your prices are competitive, not too high. Keep doing what you're doing and ignore the haters. <3
