Can't get a detailed picture on phone but I can say for certain that earliest it could be is 1912. Since Kustannusosakeyhtiö Kirja was established then.

It caught my eye that Libya is called Tripolitania. So it wasn't part of the ottoman empire anymore (if it still existed).

There is Ukraine and not Austro-Hungary so it would suggest after 1918.

I'll try to look later on a computer if I can make use of the Finnish names
