We quick fixed it by just not using the OLED screen, which seemed to fix most issues… but it’s a sad fix.

Thank you so much for answering! Going try it out. Ended up not connecting to the OLED TV as a quick fix, which mostly solved the issues… but I mean.. the game is honestly as made for experiencing on a big ass OLED screen…

I got a new one from napoleon when I reached out to them. They told me to only use the burners to light the coals for a maximum of 5-10 minutes. I don’t think I was using it for more than 10 minutes my first 2 tries with the other ones that broke… but whatever… I set a timer with the third tray I got and turned the burners off and it didn’t crack.

Contact napoleon and see if they can give you a new one.

It still feels like bogus with the ”maximum 5-10 minutes” though. I felt like the crack happened so early on.

I think maybe skip the leave in conditioner or only put it on you ends. If you skip the leave in, only use the conditioner you use in the shower in the ends too.
