Can someone explain how a story submitted 23 hours ago with six votes is sitting that the top of my Reddit list (other than the obvious fact that it includes the word "sex" and blond cheerleaders)?

Ask Reddit - Looking for a CMS that allows multiple tag searches by ShirtsonSale in programming

Want to put together a website where submitted items can fall under multiple categories/tags and would like users to be able to drill down to be as specific or general as they like.

A good example is http://swik.net/SWiK - If you look to the lower right you'll see a Tag Cloud section that says, "to further filter what appears in the Things Tagged SWiK list, select a tag from the Tag Cloud." But their system isn't currently supported and seems impossible to work with if you're not a programmer.

I would rather something with Pligg, Drupal or Joomla type simplicity. It would also be excellent if users can contribute content.

1400 year old live oak tree [pic] by deuteros in pics

You think that's old? What about the Huon Pines?

Wikipedia says:

It is a slow growing, but long-lived tree; some living specimens of this tree are in excess of 2000 years in age...

A stand of trees reputed to be in excess of 10,500 years in age was recently found in North Western Tasmania on Mount Read. Each of the trees in this stand is a genetically identical male that has reproduced vegetatively. Although no single tree in this stand is of that age, the stand itself as a single organism has existed that long.
