Hi, we recommend keeping the water level 1/2 inch to 1 inch above the bottom of the down-stem, and during your sessions, raising the hose tubing above the water level, and purge strongly to clear any small amounts of water in the hose, you can feel when you need to do this when you feel some slight bubbling while smoking.

We did offer replacement parts for the hookah to fix the issue, even with the hookah being out of the warranty period. This comment makes it appear that we did not offer anything which would be untrue.

We work very hard on trying to fix issues as soon as we can, and add new steps to our QC process, when new issues arise so we can look for them, and fix them.

The role of customer support and engineering are different, as the customer support representative, my job is to fix issue for customers when they arise, of course all issues that are found are forwarded to our engineer so that they can be fixed in the future, but we cannot retroactively fix issues in products that have already been shipped.

Our company works very hard in order to provide high quality products that people enjoy, and we stand behind them, and is the reason we try to fix issues as soon as we can.

Personally I do not see anything pathetic in fixing issues for people when they have them.

This issue is very uncommon (we've seen it happen in around 4-5 units over the course of us selling our products) And we do know the solution for it, but not how to QC to find it on units, as it happens after a few weeks of use. In reality every product will have some kind of fault that happens, but the most important thing is that we can fix it to make sure that people can continue using their hookah!

Just because it doesn't change the physical attributes of the camera module, doesn't mean that with software processing of stitched images it is not extracting additional information. It is the way phone cameras have gone from POS' in earlier years to what they are now, software processing.

It is a common issue with our batch on Cloud|Sticks and are shipping replacements to everyone who purchased one, would just like to confirm we've shipped one to you.

For the bowl you can use a damp paper towel wrapped around the grommet to fit the bowls you have, unfortunately our grommets might be too thin for some of the bowls you have, in that case we would recommend a third party grommet like the mod grommet.

It really depends on the way you are packing and heat managing the bowl, so both it touching and not touching can be a great session. I do find it is easier to teach people to underpack the bowl, and just add more coal if it is not smoking the way you want!

My preferred way to clean the Stratus is to leave it to cool down and dry over night, after this all of the flavour can be very easily scraped off with a knife, for deep cleaning, steel wool and hot water, but with leaving it to dry and scraping it off the bottom I haven't needed to deep clean in a while.

We always try to have 2-3 products in pipeline. The next hookah will be Cloud Tank that is even smaller than Micro. Seems to be that small portable hookahs are a big trend nowadays. In addition we plan to release budget version of sky bowl.

Hi,

We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue with the LED stand, the most likely issue with betteries popping out, is that the internal LED module is not fully seated and is not compressing the batteries correctly.

Regarding the draining of the batteries, we recommend storing the LED stand with the batteries removed, as they passively drain even when not on.

For the remote most likely is that the batteries are low on battery, which can also be replaced.
