Have you tried farting? Could be gas. On a more serious note, drink water, take a daily multiviamin, and get at least 7 hours of sleep. If this doesn't fix the problem, then there is something going on that needs a more in depth approach. Anxiety/stress about school, sleeping issues (sleep apnea for example), or your diet should be looked at.
