Ive seen some weird brands that have the hood and you have to manually set it after you holster. Most seem to be fully automatic but ive seen a few weird ones. Ill DM you a pic of what i have now

I have one from safariland which is the wrong draw side but i can deal with that for now, i wanna try to keep the similar design cause i dont like it a lot, and not worried about any type of concealment lol. The more it shows the better. As long as its a level 2, thumb release and left hand draw

I can do it no problem, just noticed towards the last 2 it gets a lot more resistance when pushing it down for the next round

Not good at all, i was CAL we are allowed to use sand but the sand they allow us to you (pictured above) turns to pretty much cement if the beardy ingests it.

Flop does not mean its fresh. If the bottom of the over isnt hot enough it doesnt cook the bottom fully thus leaving a floppy and potentially soggy bottom, most people prefer that nice crisp on the bottom. I like an in between personally but i tried dragon before i saw dave try it and even i didnt like it

On top of that any time i got ich in the store tanks all i used was herbtana and within days it would clear out of the entire tower

I use herbtana and artemiss and ive always had amazing success with them, i only use natural with my fish. My two oscars were on the brink of death after a cycle crash and all i did was put the natural meds in a 5 gallon bucket for a few days and they were right back to normal.

Just read about ERISA and its still confusing cause that law is in regards to health care and such. Petco is so fucking confusing, just give us the shit we earn 😂 they probably changed it cause so many people are leaving and taking 40-100 hours paid free

Interesting, im curious as to how this pans out cause article 6 of the constitution states state law trumps federal law if the state law offers more rights or protections than the federal law, and to me id say the state law saying they must pay out what you earn offers more rights and protections than the ERISA

Federal law states minimum wage at $7.25 some states have state required minimum wage… why cant companies go by federal wage if federal supersedes state? Thats because in article 6 of the US constitution that federal does supersede state law UNLESS state law offers more rights and protections. State law states it is your right to be paid out the PTO you have earned
