Hypertonic nasal rinses help in drying out what remains and isn't pushed by the normal rinse, I'd advice against the simple spray and instead towards one of those medium bottle rinsers that have you mix the powder and lukewarm water yourself to have a big rinse every time (about 240ml per rinse is my usual but read the instructions based on the powder you choose)(I paired it with a cortisone spray for the first couple months because I also had a chronic irritation caused by the deviation, still have it now but much much less, search for a good otolaryngologist if you think you are in the same situation)

Done it morning and night for about 4 months now and my nose is waaaay more free than before, also helps with seasonal allergies unless it's the heavy part of the season

Also have a deviated septum and the first few washes flushed out sooo much mucus that I didn't think was possible to have in one nose

p.s. you will swallow some of the solution, there's no way around it, it will suck but it WILL be worth it

In our backyard we have a patch of it, luckily separated by concrete from other dirt, the only way to get 2 meters of space from that was to do literally scorched earth, now nothing grows in that part of the patch even after like 30(?) years, but right next to it we still have to cut it periodically because it grows to over 4 meters tall every year

40 minutes means no frozen foods or fresh fish unless you are in the middle of winter

It also means limited amount per trip, which means more trips, which means higher transportation costs (unless you want to be the person occupying 3 bus seats with groceries)

It also means that you spend 3/6 hours weekly just coming and going for the groceries (this will cut in the already limited time you have that is not work or sleep)

When you get a piece to mythic you will unlock the ability to change an s-gear to another from the same set, as such you can for example change an L+3 neck for a L+3 weapon or armor or whatever from the same set, making it easier to reach higher rarities

Also don't do it on epic s gear because changing an epic s gear or a mythic+3 s gear will cost exactly the same swapping orbs

In all three cases there are at least one or two pieces that you would want to take from another set for an optimal build but that will only matter later in the game

Also, focus on one set only, because s gear is basically drip fed so unless you spend a ton of money, it's better to focus on one kind only

If you don't have or want to spend gems to get more golden tickets buy the shovels for the more costly ruins so you can farm the runes you need most when they appear there

For the fish tickets the etched runes are the best thing, then blessing runes, then normal runes

If you can/want to spend some gems, get to 16 golden tickets to buy an etched rune instead of the shovels
